Heat also has a seriously damaging effect on the carcass of the belt itself because it damages the adhesion between the cover and the carcass and between the layers of fabric contained in the carcass. This literally causes the belt to crack. This is commonly referred to as &#8220;de-lamination.&#8221; As the rubber becomes harder and less elastic due to heat exposure, the tensile strength and elongation at break can decrease by up to 80%. This effectively destroys its operational strength and flexibility. At the same time, abrasion resistance can decrease up to 40% or more.      <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-82a2320 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"82a2320\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9cb132f e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9cb132f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed0a3c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ed0a3c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conveyor belts intended for transporting high-temperature materials, such as clinker, coke, cast iron, glass or other high-heat products, must be made with <\/span><b>special rubber compounds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that can withstand high temperatures without deteriorating prematurely.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These tapes must ensure:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Temperature resistance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: ability to operate with hot materials without compromising structural integrity.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Thermal stability<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Retention of mechanical properties despite exposure to heat.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Extended service life<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: reduction of wear and tear and cracking due to temperature.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The standard <\/span><b>ISO 4195<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> specifies a m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">test method for determining the <\/span><b>resistance to thermal aging<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Of rubber conveyor belts.
