The weft is specially <strong>reinforced<\/strong> to provide greater resistance to the dynamic stresses caused by the bucket action, particularly during the critical stages of material loading and unloading. The fibers undergo <strong>thermo-mechanical treatments<\/strong> to minimize elongation over time, without compromising the overall flexibility of the web.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>textile construction of the carcass<\/strong> involves the use of <strong>multilayer technical fabrics<\/strong>, woven in specific patterns (e.g., plain weave or satin weave) to achieve an optimal balance between longitudinal strength and transverse stability. The warp, which is generally stronger, provides load resistance, while the weft contributes to dimensional stability.
