These belts represent a technologically advanced solution designed to ensure <strong>high levels of efficiency<\/strong> even under the most demanding operating conditions. Performance requirements include, in particular, excellent <strong>elongation capability<\/strong>, high <strong>flexibility<\/strong>, as well as outstanding <strong>impact resistance<\/strong> and superior <strong>cut resistance<\/strong>, all of which are essential in production environments where material stress is continuous and intense.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Underlying this performance is the use of a <strong>high-performance metal carcass<\/strong>, which forms the structural heart of the belt. The<strong>longitudinal warp<\/strong> is formed by <strong>steel cables<\/strong>, specially treated with a <strong>brass-plated<\/strong> process, the main purpose of which is to significantly improve<strong>adhesion to the rubber<\/strong>, thereby increasing cohesion between the different layers of the belt. Completing the structure is a brass-plated <strong>steel weft<\/strong>, which contributes to making the entire system extremely <strong>flexible<\/strong>, as well as <strong>agile<\/strong>, promoting smoother handling and adaptability to various working conditions.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main advantages offered by this innovative design is the possibility of using <strong>drums with reduced diameters<\/strong>, an aspect that clearly distinguishes these belts from their <strong>textile-cased<\/strong> counterparts <strong>.<\/strong> This allows not only for<strong>optimization of space<\/strong> within the plant, but more importantly for important <strong>energy savings<\/strong> due to the lower resistance to movement and the consequent reduction in power requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on specific application needs, the <strong>transverse weft<\/strong> can be configured in two variants: <strong>single (IW)<\/strong> or <strong>double (SW)<\/strong>.
