La chaleur a \u00e9galement un effet gravement dommageable sur la carcasse de la bande elle-m\u00eame car elle endommage l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence entre le rev\u00eatement et la carcasse et entre les couches de tissu contenues dans la carcasse. Cela provoque litt\u00e9ralement la rupture de la bande. Ceci est commun\u00e9ment d\u00e9fini comme \u00ab d\u00e9-lamination \u00bb. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le caoutchouc devient plus dur et moins \u00e9lastique en raison de l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 la chaleur, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction et l&rsquo;allongement \u00e0 la rupture peuvent diminuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 80 %. Cela d\u00e9truit efficacement sa r\u00e9sistance op\u00e9rationnelle et sa flexibilit\u00e9. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;abrasion peut diminuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 40 % ou plus.      <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-82a2320 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"82a2320\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9cb132f e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9cb132f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed0a3c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ed0a3c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les bandes transporteuses destin\u00e9es au transport de mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, comme le clinker, le coke, la fonte, le verre ou d&rsquo;autres produits \u00e0 chaleur \u00e9lev\u00e9e, doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec des <\/span><b>m\u00e9langes de caoutchouc sp\u00e9ciaux<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> capables de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es sans se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces bandes doivent garantir :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner avec des mat\u00e9riaux chauds sans compromettre l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Stabilit\u00e9 thermique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : maintien des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 la chaleur.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Dur\u00e9e prolong\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;usure et des fissures dues \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La norme <\/span><b>ISO 4195<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sp\u00e9cifie une <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;essai pour d\u00e9terminer la <\/span><b>r\u00e9sistance au vieillissement thermique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  des bandes transporteuses en caoutchouc.
