SUPERPIROS® series belts represent one of the world’s most advanced solutions for transporting materials at critical temperatures. With their excellent ability to withstand extremely high temperatures and excellent abrasion resistance, they are the ideal choice for industrial environments where the materials being conveyed are subjected to intense heat.
The SUPERPIROS® series is available in two variants designed to accommodate different operating temperatures:
1. HR-220
- Temperature on the surface of the tape: Up to 220°C.
- Maximum temperature of transported material: 300°C.
- Application: Suitable for conveying materials that do not exceed 300°C, such as sinter and other hot materials in the steel industry, or clinker in cement plants, which require high heat resistance without compromising belt durability and reliability.
2. HR-300
- Temperature on the surface of the tape: Up to 300°C.
- Maximum temperature of transported material: 500°C.
- Application: Used to convey even hotter materials, such as clinker or sinter that reach temperatures approaching 500°C. This belt is designed for even more extreme environments, where temperatures can exceed the strength limits of standard belts.
Material transported: Transporting materials such as coke, clinker, sinter or other extremely hot materials.
Main sectors of use: Steel and metallurgical industries, , cement, mining, Petrochemical…
Maximum width: 6,000 mm
Types of covers available: HR-220°, HR-300° (see page Types of covers)
