Scrapers

Conveyor belt scrapers are devices designed to ensure a high degree of belt cleanliness, removing residues of materials that may accumulate during transport, such as dust or adhering materials (for example, viscous). Their main function is to keep the belt clean and in good condition, reducing the adhesion of materials that could compromise the operation of the system.

PRIMARY SCRAPERS

Primary scrapers, installed tangentially on the head pulley, remove residues from the conveyor belt, improving cleanliness and operational efficiency. They are compatible with belts from 400 to 2,000 mm and offer polyurethane, tungsten, or carbide blades, depending on the degree of abrasiveness. The simple tensioning system and wear indicator facilitate maintenance.

SECONDARY SCRAPERS

Secondary scrapers ensure effective cleaning of the underside of the conveyor belt, improving efficiency and reducing system wear. Easy to install, they are available in various materials to adapt to different operating conditions. Compatible with various types of belts, they offer a long service life and reduce the maintenance required.

STANDARD CROSS SCRAPERS

Cross scrapers ensure continuous and effective cleaning of the underside of belts, removing even sludge and viscous materials. They are made of special rubber or polyurethane, resistant to wear even under severe conditions. The cross shape and optional support brackets facilitate installation and increase system efficiency.

Diamond scrapers offer continuous cleaning and wear resistance even in demanding environments. Made of special polyurethane, they are effective against abrasive or viscous materials. The diamond shape and optional brackets ensure ease of assembly and long operational life.
