OLIFLEXIFLAT® series belts are specially designed for applications on slide deck conveyors, particularly for conveying materials in the presence of oil or grease. The main distinguishing feature of these belts is the bottom surface, which is made of a fabric with a low coefficient of friction, reducing resistance during movement on the media and ensuring smoother and more efficient operation.
Compared with the FLEXIFLAT® line, the top cover of the OLIFLEXIFLAT® tape is made with a G compound specially designed to resist vegetable, mineral and animal oils and greases, providing additional protection in the most demanding applications.
Main features:
- Sturdy construction: The belt is made of high-strength polyester fabrics, which ensure its long life even under harsh working conditions.
- High transverse stiffness: The monofilament weave imparts high transverse stiffness, helping to maintain perfect straightness of travel, avoiding lateral deviations that could compromise transport efficiency.
- Low coefficient of friction: The low-friction bottom surface allows smoother movement, reducing wear and improving operational efficiency.
