We offer a wide range of custom-designed drums through our collaboration with an established Italian company specializing in the construction of industrial drums. Our offering includes solutions for drive, tail, counterweight, and belt tensioning, available with or without rubber lagging, according to specific operational requirements.

The drum design always starts with a study of your conveyor system to ensure optimal integration with the existing plant. Thanks to our expertise in metallic materials and manufacturing processes, we support you in selecting the most suitable solution, including for series production.

Construction is carried out using high-strength steel tubes, precision-machined to achieve the required diameter. The flanges are carefully welded and the through shafts secured using keying systems, ensuring robustness, reliability, and long service life. In addition to traditional cylindrical drums, we also manufacture three-section crowned versions, ideal for achieving a self-centering effect on the belt and improving its alignment.

The drive drums, after mechanical processing, can be cold-lagged with diamond-grooved rubber or ceramic, with standard thicknesses of 8 or 10 mm, but also customizable. We also offer special solutions such as rod drums for elevators, self-cleaning spiral drums, with grooves for trapezoidal guides, or integrated with permanent magnets. (go to the Drum Lagging page)
