MASTICE TETAKO
TETAKO® is an industrial adhesive ideal for bonding and repairing conveyor belts and coating drums with rubber or ceramic. It provides fast and secure adhesion to metal, rubber and fabric without the need for special equipment. Ready-to-use and stress-resistant, it is a versatile and fast solution for reducing downtime.
REPAIR PATCHES
Sheeted and non-sheeted patches, combined with TETAKO® cold mastic, enable quick, effective and durable repairs of damaged conveyor belts. Easy to apply and without the need for heat or complex equipment, they reduce downtime and repair costs, ensuring an immediate return to full operation.
FLEXOSIL
The bucket elevator belt features a core made of warp and weft synthetic fabrics, with a reinforced weft to provide greater resistance to bucket stress, particularly during loading and unloading.
SIDERSIL ST
The core of SIDERSIL®ST belts consists of a wire cable warp, separated by rubber pads that insulate them from the upper and lower webs, which are also made of wire cables.
SIDERSIL SW RE
The core of SIDERSIL® SW-RE tapes consists of an open-structure wire cable warp on which a highly elastic weft is woven.

FLEXPIPE® – SIDERPIPE®
Growing focus on environmental protection, particularly near natural parks or residential areas, has driven the development of pipe conveyor belts. These belts, available in the FLEXPIPE® version with a multi-ply synthetic fabric carcass and the SIDERPIPE® version with a steel cord carcass, are designed to ensure high transverse flexibility, allowing them to easily take on a tubular shape in areas where this configuration is advantageous.
