RUBBER SCREENS
GMB nets are composed of modular panels (500 mm in length) consisting of a vulcanized rubber screen deck with Fe37 steel internal reinforcement. The rubber compounds, with different hardnesses and elasticity, are adapted to the material to be screened.
Main features:
- High resistance to abrasion
- High quality and productivity
- Easy assembly and replacement
- Reduced noise level
- Anti-clogging and anti-packing
Applications:
Used for years in quarries, steelworks, glassworks, mines and waste treatment plants.
Advantages over conventional networks:
- Increased durability
- Facilitated assembly without modification to the screen
- Efficient self-cleaning through micro-vibration and anti-adhesive rubber
- No clogging, even with wet or sticky materials
- Tapered holes to avoid clogging even with fine granules

Rubber screen mesh: with and without washing

Unwashed (dry): For dry screening, a rubber with Shore 35-50 hardness is preferred, which offers greater elasticity and adaptability to the treated material.

With washing (wet): For applications using water, we recommend a rubber with Shore 70 hardness, which is more resistant to abrasion in wet environments.
