A fully customized tape, tailor-made for your needs. Thanks to the application of longitudinal and transversal profiles, we can design the tape according to your every technical specification, guaranteeing a unique solution that perfectly meets the needs of your application.
A custom belt is composed of three main elements:
Base belt: available in different materials, selected according to the environment and conditions of use.
Longitudinal profiles: we offer a wide range of options to guide or contain the material transported.
Transverse profiles: ideal for inclined transport or for precise positioning of the product.
The profiles are hot vulcanized on the belt using latest generation machines, with an Industry 4.0 perspective, guaranteeing maximum adherence, precision and durability over time.
TRANSVERSE PROFILES
We are equipped for the application of rubber profiles through hot vulcanization with a maximum belt width of 4,000 mm.
Once the cleat shape has been selected from the available variants, the length and pitch of the profiles are modulated according to customer requirements, thus achieving maximum flexibility in adapting to specific capacity needs and plant characteristics.
Thanks to the versatility of our equipment, we can vulcanize single, paired, and staggered profiles on belts with abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, flame-resistant, or heat-resistant compounds, all while maintaining the undeniable advantages that hot vulcanization guarantees.
