NORMAL WIRE SCREENS

Wire screens are available in various materials, including plain steel and stainless steel, depending on the type of material to be screened and the customer’s specific requirements. They can be supplied with or without hooks, depending on the screen attachment system, to ensure a perfect fit for installation.
Square-mesh wire screens are the most effective and economical system and provide a higher screening area (as much as 45 percent) than all other systems.

ANTI-CLOGGING WIRE SCREENS

Anti-clogging wire screens are designed with the addition of longitudinal (or both longitudinal and horizontal) wires, placed at predetermined distances according to screening needs, to prevent the risk of clogging during the process.
They are particularly suitable for screening wet materials or those with a predisposition to clogging. Available variants are:
ONDA TRE-PU: An improved version of the ONDA PU, equipped with a thicker horizontal steel wire to completely prevent clogging during screening on vibrating screen.
WAVE W: Equipped with corrugated braiding and vertical steel wires, arranged according to the screen traverses, to ensure proper sizing of the material size.
ONDA TRE-W: Similar to ONDA W, but with the addition of a thicker steel wire in the horizontal direction to completely eliminate clogging of the material on the vibrating screen.
PU WAVE: With corrugated braiding and vertical polyurethane strands, positioned according to the screen traverses, for precise sizing of the material size.
