FLEXIBLE ROLLERS

Flexible rollers consist of a flexible steel core covered with vulcanized neoprene rubber, with abrasion-resistant rings (black or white for food use). They have protected bearings mounted on cast iron supports. The belt adheres by forming a trough from 20° to 45°. Ideal for conveyors with light/medium loads and low speeds, even in harsh environments. Lightweight, durable and self-cleaning.

STRENGTHS.

Flexible steel rollers coated with neoprene, ideal for light/medium transport, durable and suitable for harsh environments.

Flexible rollers consist of a flexible metal core coated with vulcanized neoprene rubber, to which rubber rings are applied, usually black neoprene for its excellent abrasion resistance. Upon request, white rubber rings can be used, which are ideal for transporting food products.

The core of the roller is a highly flexible steel cable, at the ends of which 2 ball bearings or, alternatively, 4 bearings can be mounted, depending on the type. These bearings, which are carefully protected, are inserted into hook bearing housings made of cast iron.

The conveyor belt adheres completely to the roller, forming a regular trough with an angle of inclination between 20° and 45°, determined by the distance between the rings that constrain the attachment hooks.

Flexible rollers are an efficient solution for conveyor belt systems designed for light to medium loads and low speeds, even in harsh environments. They are lightweight, easy to install, impact resistant, durable to abrasion, and equipped with a self-cleaning function.

STANDARD ROLLERS

Standard rollers are designed to be mounted on conveyor belts, which are ideal for conveying bulk materials, both above and below ground. In summary, standard rollers are a solid technical solution that is indispensable for ensuring the stability, safety and continuity of the conveying process in belt systems

ROLLERS WITH IMPACT RINGS

Shock rollers are specifically designed to support the upper tie rod of a conveyor belt and are commonly used at transfer points to absorb and disperse the energy of falling material.
