The FLEXIFLAT® series of belts are designed specifically for applications on slide deck conveyors, where minimizing friction during belt movement is critical. The distinguishing feature of these belts is the bottom surface, made of a low-friction fabric, which reduces resistance during movement on carriers and ensures smoother and more efficient operation.
The belt structure is made of extremely durable polyester fabrics, which offer long life even under harsh working conditions.
The monofilament weave provides high transverse stiffness and helps maintain the perfect straightness of belt travel, preventing lateral deviations that could compromise conveying efficiency.
FLEXIFLAT® tapes are a very viable alternative to PVC tapes because they offer greater abrasion resistance and superior durability, maintaining high performance even in particularly harsh working environments. In addition, their polyester fabric design makes them better suited to withstand the elements, whereas PVC tapes may degrade more rapidly under these conditions.
