LINERFLEX® Ceramic is a ceramic rubber coating developed to ensure high performance in a wide range of industrial applications, especially under extreme working conditions. One of the most innovative aspects of LINERFLEX® Ceramic is the advanced design of the tiles, which are completely encased in rubber. This solution not only protects the tiles from impact and stress, but also allows for quick and easy installation, making the tiling process more efficient and less time-consuming. The cuts and drainage channels on the surface promote excellent drainage, helping to keep the contact area between the belt and pulley clean, and to improve the coefficient of friction even in the presence of mud, clay or moisture.

Thanks to these characteristics, LINERFLEX® Ceramic ensures greater durability, effectively resistingabrasion and external agents. The material also has self-cleaning properties, reducing the need for frequent maintenance work. The elastic bottom made of SABBIATEN® CS, designed to be low-aggressive on the belt, helps reduce mechanical impact, improving the preservation of the entire conveyor system.

The coating consists of high-quality ceramic vulcanized elements (Al₂O₃), available in both single-row and notched configurations, to provide optimal traction even on belts subjected to heavy loads or harsh conditions. They are attached using specific bonding accessories designed to ensurestable and durable installation, even on motorized or highly stressed drums.

LINERFLEX® Ceramic is therefore an ideal solution for mining, construction, cement industry and all applications requiring maximum reliability and wear resistance. It is particularly suitable for coating motor drums and idler drums, especially in environments where abrasive materials are handled or work in high humidity and heavy loads.
