IMPACT RING ROLLERS

Impact rollers are specifically designed to support the upper section of a conveyor belt and are commonly used at transfer points to absorb and dissipate the energy of falling material.
DISC ROLLERS WITH SPACER SLEEVES

Disc rollers with sleeves are designed to support and shape the lower tie rod of the conveyor belt during the return leg, playing a key role in removing excess material that may accumulate.
DISC ROLLERS

Disc rollers are used on the return section of the conveyor belt to support and automatically clean it, removing residual materials that could compromise efficiency. Manufactured with a painted steel tube and rubber or polyurethane discs, they offer robustness and wear resistance even in difficult conditions. This structure makes them reliable and durable, improving system performance.
COATED ROLLERS

Vulcanized rubber-coated rollers are designed for applications similar to those of disc rollers, with the addition of a hot-vulcanized rubber coating on the steel tube, which improves strength and durability.
DIRECTIONAL ROLLERS

Directional rollers guarantee the correct alignment of the conveyor belt, preventing lateral movement and improving stability and safety. They are particularly effective in curved sections and centering stations, where they automatically correct any deviations.
FLEXIBLE ROLLERS

Flexible rollers consist of a flexible steel core coated in vulcanized neoprene rubber, featuring abrasion-resistant rings (black or white for food-grade use). They are equipped with protected bearings mounted on cast iron supports. The belt adheres by forming a trough from 20° to 45°. Ideal for conveyors with light to medium loads and low speeds, even in harsh environments. Lightweight, durable, and self-cleaning.
DRUMS

We collaborate with an established Italian company specializing in the production of custom drums for conveyor systems. We offer solutions for drive, tail, counterweight, and tensioning applications, with or without rubber lagging. We use high-strength materials and precise manufacturing techniques to ensure reliability and long service life. We also produce special versions, such as crowned drums, self-cleaning spiral drums, or drums with integrated magnets, customizable according to customer requirements.
PRIMARY SCRAPERS

Primary scrapers, installed tangentially on the head pulley, remove residues from the conveyor belt, improving cleanliness and operational efficiency. They are compatible with belts from 400 to 2,000 mm and offer polyurethane, tungsten, or carbide blades, depending on the degree of abrasiveness. The simple tensioning system and wear indicator facilitate maintenance.
SECONDARY SCRAPERS

Secondary scrapers ensure effective cleaning of the underside of the conveyor belt, improving efficiency and reducing system wear.
Easy to install, they are available in various materials to adapt to different operating conditions.
Compatible with various types of belts, they offer a long service life and reduce the maintenance required.
STANDARD CROSS SCRAPERS

Cross scrapers ensure continuous and effective cleaning of the underside of belts, removing even sludge and viscous materials.
They are made of special rubber or polyurethane, resistant to wear even under severe conditions.
The cross shape and optional support brackets facilitate installation and increase system efficiency.
