The core of SIDERSIL®ST belts consists of a warp made of metal cables, separated by rubber pads that insulate them from the upper and lower webs, which are also made of metal cables. The cables are composed of interwoven metal wires to achieve maximum penetration and adhesion of the rubber, which is especially critical in high temperatures.
These belts are designed to support extremely high breaking loads of up to 4000 N/mm, ensuring optimal performance even in harsh working environments. Upon specific request, SIDERSIL®ST tapes can be made without longitudinal cables at the point where drilling is required. The series is produced with a closed edge, ensuring greater durability and strength over time.
Due to their robust design and the quality of materials used, these belts are an ideal solution for high-stress industrial applications such as steel plants, cement plants and heavy material handling. Flexibility in design also allows for high customization according to specific operational needs. Long-term reliability and low maintenance requirements make SIDERSIL® ST belts a strategic choice for optimizing plant efficiency.
In addition, the use of advanced manufacturing technology and stringent quality control ensures consistent performance and enhanced operational safety. SIDERSIL®ST belts are compatible with a wide range of accessories and can be easily integrated into existing systems, offering a versatile and reliable solution for modern industry.
