Linings and Drums

GM70PE shock-absorbing bars, installed in the loading zone of conveyor belts, combine rubber and polyethylene to offer high protection and performance.
The sawtooth linings, made with steel plates and ultra-abrasive rubber, ensure maximum grip and wear resistance in tough environments.
Rubber and rod mill linings offer customized solutions against wear, noise, and mechanical damage, thanks to panels and sheets with thicknesses up to 200 mm, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

SHOCK-ABSORBING BARS

GM70PE cushioning bars are designed for installation in the loading area of the conveyor belt, positioned under the hopper. Combining the properties of polyethylene and rubber, these bars provide excellent protection and improved conveyor system performance.

Dimensions:

  • 75x100x1220 mm
  • 50x100x1220 mm
  • 75x10x1500 mm

SAWTOOTH COATINGS

These products are ideal for material handling in harsh environments where high resistance to wear and impact caused by falling material is required.

Main features:

  • FE37 steel plates, on which an ultra-abrasive rubber is vulcanized, designed to provide excellent protection against wear and tear, even under the harshest conditions.
  • Serrated profile, which optimizes grip and increases efficiency in material handling, reducing the risk of slippage and improving safety.

The size and thickness of our coatings are tailor-made specifically according to the customer’s needs, and are adapted to the area to be coated to ensure a perfect and durable application.

RUBBERIZED SHEETS

Rubberized sheets are a highly efficient solution for many industrial applications due to their excellent technical characteristics. In particular, they are distinguished by their high resistance to abrasion, which enables them to withstand mechanical stress and prolonged wear without compromising performance over time. This advantage translates into a significant reduction in maintenance costs, helping to improve plant operational efficiency.

An additional benefit is the ability to mitigate plant noise, improving working conditions and reducing noise pollution in production departments. Rubberized sheets also stand out for their ease of installation, which reduces downtime and simplifies assembly operations.

They are available in different configurations and with varying thicknesses of rubber coating, so they can be tailored to the specific needs of each application or industry sector.

BAR MILL LININGS

Our well-established experience in solving problems related to wear, noise, fouling and mechanical damage has enabled us to develop a wide range of elastic compounds, each with specific physical characteristics, ideal for applications in channels, hoppers, silos and screen outlets.

We offer high-performance products, including:

  • Sheet metal panels with hot-cured rubber, available in thicknesses up to 200 mm and sizes that can be customized according to customer needs. These panels are easily applied and attached by welding or bolting, just like a common steel sheet.
  • Rubber sheets prepared for bonding, with thicknesses up to 50 mm, to ensure perfect adaptability to any requirement.
  • Standard sheets, available in sizes 1000×2000 mm or 1250×2500 mm, and custom-made, with thicknesses up to 200 mm, always according to the specific needs of our customers.

Our products are designed for high strength and reliability in harsh working environments, with a focus on durability and efficiency, helping to improve the overall performance of industrial systems.

hoppers lining

We specialize in the cold coating of industrial hoppers using high-quality rubbers, selected according to the characteristics of the material being treated. This provides lasting protection against wear, abrasion and corrosion, improving the efficiency and durability of the equipment. Each job is customized to ensure maximum adhesion, strength and optimal performance over time.

We use different rubber compounds (NR, SBR, cut-resistant, etc.) to adapt to abrasive, slippery or corrosive materials. Cold coating allows for quick interventions, even in situ, without the need for disassembly or high temperatures. Surfaces are carefully prepared to ensure perfect and long-lasting adhesion of the coating. We also offer maintenance and regumming services on existing installations.
