The FLEXIFER® LS series belts are used for the transport of loose materials on inclined routes of medium and large sizes.
They are belts with herringbone slats (CHEVRON) that, depending on the type, reach maximum slopes of 30° to 40°.
The height of the slats can be 6mm, 15mm, 17mm, 25mm or 32mm with designs designed to have maximum capacity.
Two different types of compounds, with different hardnesses, are used in order to have the right coverage to resist abrasion and tearing, the strips instead are in a softer compound, therefore more flexible in the winding on the drums.
