CROSS PROFILES

We are equipped for application by hot vulcanization of li rubber profiles with a maximum belt width of 4,000 mm.
Once the shape of the strip has been chosen from the possible variants, the length and pitch of the profiles are modulated according to the customer’s requirements, thus achieving maximum flexibility in adapting to the specific flow requirements and characteristics of the plant.
Thanks to the versatility of our plant, we can vulcanize on strips with an anti-abrasive, anti-oil or anti-heat compound single, paired and staggered profiles, all while maintaining the undeniable advantages that a hot vulcanization guarantees.
