PIPE Belts

The growing attention to environmental protection, especially in the vicinity of natural parks or residential areas, has led to the development of tubular belts. These belts, available in the variants FLEXPIPE®with a multi-ply synthetic fabric carcass and SIDERPIPE®with a steel cable carcass, are designed to guarantee high transversal flexibility, allowing them to easily assume the tubular shape in areas where this configuration is advantageous.

The transition from flat to tubular shape is achieved through inclined rollers, which mold the belt into a tube-like structure, ideal for safe material transport without spillage—even across short horizontal and vertical sections. This design also allows for inclines of up to 35° without compromising safety and transport efficiency.

Tubular belts offer numerous advantages, such as protecting the transported material from harmful environmental agents (like moisture and dust) and greater maneuverability in confined spaces. Depending on the characteristics of the material to be conveyed, a specific calculation is carried out to determine the most suitable belt type, class, and width to ensure optimal capacity.

In general,
FLEXPIPE® is ideal for shorter transport routes, while SIDERPIPE® is preferred for longer distances due to its low elasticity and reduced need for tensioners.
