The drum linings is done by a cold process using Tetako’s high-performance adhesive, known for its effectiveness and simplicity. After careful cleaning and sandblasting to prepare the surface, a primer is applied to improve theadhesion of the adhesive. Tetako is then spread evenly over the drum and rubber to be applied. After an activation time, the rubber is laid with precision and pressure to ensureoptimal adhesion. The final stage involves quality control, with finishing and verification of adhesion. The process requires no disassembly or heat treatment and is quick, safe and ideal for field operations, reducing maintenance time and costs.
