Thanks to hot vulcanization, carried out with precision and care, the base of the edge acquires optimal properties for perfect application on the belt, while maintaining the flexibility required for continuous and uninterrupted operation. This process gives the edge high mechanical strength and remarkable dimensional stability, significantly reducing the risk of damage or deformation over time.

Belt adhesion is homogeneous and durable, ensuring an effective seal even under high stresses or temperature variations. In addition, the materials used resist oil, grease and abrasion, helping to extend the service life of the system as a whole. The edges adapt perfectly to the movements of the conveyor belt, preventing breakage and maintaining the integrity of the containment at every stage of the production cycle.

Retaining edges are available in two versions:

– Rubber (BG)
– Rubber with textile reinforcement insert (BGT)
