Our offer includes solutions for towing, deflection, counterweight and belt tensioning, available with or without rubber coating, depending on specific operational needs.
Drum design always starts with a study of your conveyor system to ensure optimal integration with your existing plant. Thanks to our expertise in metal materials and manufacturing processes, we support you in choosing the most suitable solution, even for mass production.
Construction is done using high-strength iron pipes, precision machined to achieve the required diameter. Flanges are carefully welded and through-shafts fixed by means of keying systems, ensuring strength, reliability and long life. In addition to traditional cylindrical drums, we also make convex versions in three sections, ideal for achieving a self-centering effect of the belt and improving its alignment.
Trailer drums, after machining, can be cold coated with diamond or ceramic grooved rubber, with standard thicknesses of 8 or 10 mm, but can also be customized. We also offer special solutions such as stick drums for elevators, self-cleaning auger drums, drums with grooves for trapezoidal guides or integrated with permanent magnets.
