The RIGITBAR® is designed specifically for applications requiring reinforced edges and profiles. The belt carcass is designed to provide high transverse stiffness, which is critical for maintaining belt flatness in return sections.
CONTAINMENT EDGES
Our retaining edges are made of high-quality rubber compounds, which ensure excellent performance and long service life. Available with or without internal textile reinforcement, they offer versatile solutions to suit different working conditions and operating loads.
CLEAT PROFILES
The transverse cups are made of high-quality rubber characterized by high elasticity at the base. These properties, combined with hot application, ensure superior dynamic stability of the belt, even under high loads and stresses.
RUBBER SCREENS
Our rubber meshes are available in standard or custom-made modules, ensuring maximum adaptability to screening needs. The screening deck, made of rubber compounds of different hardnesses (35 to 70 ShA), ensures optimal performance depending on the material being processed.
POLYURETHANE SCREENS
Polyurethane screens are made using a metal frame, which is embedded in polyurethane. These screens are available in standardized modules or can be custom-designed according to specific customer needs.
WIRE SCREENS
Wire screens are available in various materials, including plain steel and stainless steel, depending on the type of material to be screened and the customer’s specific requirements. They can be supplied with or without hooks, depending on the screen attachment system, to ensure a perfect fit for installation.
RUBBER SCREEN WITH FABRIC REINFORCEMENT
Rubber screen with fabric reinforcement are designed with transverse and longitudinal tensioning to prevent packing and clogging in dry or wet material screening processes. Tailor-made, they offer high performance and durability, thanks in part to the protection of the support beams. They are available with various types of holes and customized hooks to meet every customer’s needs.
RUBBERIZED PERFORATED SHEETS
Our perforated sheets are made from high-quality materials and can be coated with a layer of rubber or polyurethane, applied by a vulcanization process to improve strength and performance.
SCREENING ACCESSORIES
Crossbar protection profiles increase the durability of screens and fit any structure with different heights, thicknesses and internal grooves. Spray nozzles made of polyurethane or brass ensure uniform and efficient washing thanks to their fan shape and compatibility with various attachments. We also offer attachment systems for screening nets, which can be customized according to the type of net and machine. Our solutions ensure stability, safety and long life. All components are designed to optimize the performance of screening plants.

Nombaord rubber has good wear, tear and impact properties, making it ideal for applications with cold abrasive materials.
