ROLLERS WITH IMPACT RINGS

Shock rollers are specifically designed to support the upper tie rod of a conveyor belt and are commonly used at transfer points to absorb and disperse the energy of falling material.
DISC ROLLERS WITH SPACER SLEEVES

Disc rollers with sleeves are designed to support and shape the lower tie rod of the conveyor belt during the return leg, playing a key role in removing excess material that may accumulate.
DISC ROLLERS.

Disc rollers are used in the return section of the conveyor belt to automatically support and clean it, removing residual materials that could compromise its efficiency. Made from a painted steel tube and rubber or polyurethane discs, they offer strength and wear resistance even in harsh conditions. This construction makes them reliable and durable, improving system performance.
COATED ROLLERS

Vulcanized rubber coated rollers are designed for similar applications as disc rollers, with the addition of a hot vulcanized rubber coating on the steel tube, which improves strength and durability.
DIRECTIONAL ROLLERS

Directional rollers ensure correct alignment of the conveyor belt, preventing lateral movement and improving stability and safety. They are particularly effective in curved sections and at centering stations, where they automatically correct any deviations.
FLEXIBLE ROLLERS

Flexible rollers consist of a flexible steel core covered with vulcanized neoprene rubber, with abrasion-resistant rings (black or white for food use). They have protected bearings mounted on cast iron supports. The belt adheres by forming a trough from 20° to 45°. Ideal for conveyors with light/medium loads and low speeds, even in harsh environments. Lightweight, durable and self-cleaning.
DRUMS

We collaborate with an established Italian company specializing in the production of custom-made drums for conveyor systems. We offer solutions for towing, deflection, counterweight and tension, with or without rubber coating. We use high-strength materials and precise processing techniques to ensure reliability and long life. We also make special versions, such as convex drums, auger drums or drums with integrated magnets, which can be customized according to customer requirements.
PRIMARY SCRAPERS

Primary scrapers, installed tangentially on the motor drum, remove debris from the conveyor belt, improving cleanliness and operational efficiency. They are compatible with belts from 400 to 2000 mm and offer polyurethane, tungsten or widea blades, depending on the degree of abrasiveness. The simple tensioning system and wear indicator make maintenance easy.
SECONDARY SCRAPERS

Secondary scrapers ensure effective cleaning of the underside of the conveyor belt, improving efficiency and reducing wear and tear on the system.
Easy to install, they are available in a variety of materials to suit different operating conditions.
Compatible with various types of belts, they offer long service life and reduce required maintenance.
STANDARD CROSS SCRAPERS

Cross scrapers ensure continuous and effective cleaning of the underside of belts, while also removing sludge and viscous materials.
They are made of special rubber or polyurethane, resistant to wear and tear even under severe conditions.
The cross shape and optional support brackets make them easy to install and increase system efficiency.
