FLEXWALL®

FLEXWALL® belts are produced at our Marano Vicentino site using an advanced hot vulcanization process, which guarantees an excellent quality product. These belts are the ideal solution for moving loose materials on vertical, inclined or horizontal sections, even in tight spaces. FLEXWALL® belts are capable of overcoming differences in height of up to 90° and adapting to horizontal, vertical and elbow curves. Furthermore, they are suitable for use with any type of material, including abrasive, acidic, oily, hot and food-grade materials.”

FLEXWALL® tapes are made up of three main elements, designed to work in synergy and guarantee the best performance. The heart of the system is the RIGITBAR tape, which acts as a base and structural support. This tape is specifically designed for the application of edges and profiles, ensuring stability and precision during hot vulcanization. On this base, containment edges and transverse cups are applied, available in two versions: with or without internal textile reinforcement, depending on the specific needs of resistance and flexibility.

The RIGITBAR® is designed specifically for applications requiring reinforced edges and profiles. The belt carcass is designed to provide high transverse stiffness, which is critical for maintaining belt flatness in return sections.

Our retaining edges are made of high-quality rubber compounds, which ensure excellent performance and long service life. Available with or without internal textile reinforcement, they offer versatile solutions to suit different working conditions and operating loads.

The transverse cups are made of high-quality rubber characterized by high elasticity at the base. These properties, combined with hot application, ensure superior dynamic stability of the belt, even under high loads and stresses.
