Scrapers

Conveyor belt scrapers are devices designed to ensure a high degree of belt cleanliness, removing residues of materials that may accumulate during transport, such as dust or adhering materials (for example, viscous). Their main function is to keep the belt clean and in good condition, reducing the adhesion of materials that could compromise the operation of the system.

PRIMARY SCRAPERS

Primary scrapers, installed tangentially on the motor drum, remove debris from the conveyor belt, improving cleanliness and operational efficiency. They are compatible with belts from 400 to 2000 mm and offer polyurethane, tungsten or widea blades, depending on the degree of abrasiveness. The simple tensioning system and wear indicator make maintenance easy.

SECONDARY SCRAPERS

Secondary scrapers ensure effective cleaning of the underside of the conveyor belt, improving efficiency and reducing wear and tear on the system. Easy to install, they are available in a variety of materials to suit different operating conditions. Compatible with various types of belts, they offer long service life and reduce required maintenance.

STANDARD CROSS SCRAPERS

Cross scrapers ensure continuous and effective cleaning of the underside of belts, while also removing sludge and viscous materials. They are made of special rubber or polyurethane, resistant to wear and tear even under severe conditions. The cross shape and optional support brackets make them easy to install and increase system efficiency.

STANDARD DIAMOND SCRAPERS

Rhombus scrapers offer continuous cleaning and wear resistance even in demanding environments. Made of special polyurethane, they are effective against abrasive or sticky materials. Rhombus shape and optional brackets ensure easy mounting and long operating life.
