The RIGITBAR® is designed specifically for applications requiring reinforced edges and profiles. The belt carcass is designed to provide high transverse stiffness, which is critical for maintaining belt flatness in return sections.
The structure of RIGITBAR® tape consists of two or more synthetic polyester-nylon (EP) plies, which offer moisture resistance, a low elongation coefficient and high tensile strength. To provide superior transverse stiffness, additional plies of textile or metallic material are inserted, depending on specific stiffness requirements.
Variants of RIGITBAR® include:
- XE: Tape with united tension and stiffness fabrics, ideal for medium transport.
- XE+1 / XE+2: Tape with EP tension fabrics, enhanced with 1 or 2 transversely rigid fabric elements, suitable for medium-heavy applications.
- XE-M+2: EP tension fabric belt, reinforced with 2 transversely rigid metal cables, perfect for large lifting heights and large belt sizes.
- STX-M+2: Tension metal cable belt, with 2 transversely rigid metal elements, offering high tensile strength, ideal for conveyors with large lifting heights.
Our tapes are designed to deliver excellent performance in any application, ensuring durability, reliability and strength.
